Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mekara Aesthetics, your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for treatments is reserved especially for you, and we ask that you respect our cancellation policy.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in the full treatment amount being charged.

Refunds

• Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not offered for completed treatments, as results vary for each individual and cannot be guaranteed.

• If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment during consultation, your deposit may be transferred to another service.

Courses & Passes

• Once purchased, treatment courses and passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If you miss or cancel a session with less than 48 hours’ notice, that session may be deducted from your course total.

Late Arrivals

• Arriving late for your appointment may mean your treatment time is reduced or, in some cases, that the appointment cannot be completed.

• In such cases, your deposit may be forfeited, and the full fee may still apply.

Clinic Cancellations

• In the rare event that Mekara Aesthetics must cancel your appointment, we will offer to reschedule at your convenience or transfer your booking fee to another treatment.
